Founded in 1945 in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin, France, Duralex has spent more than seven decades perfecting the art and science of tempered glass — crafting products that are functional, beautiful, and enduring. From the iconic Picardie tumbler to vibrant modern tabletop collections, the brand’s commitment to durability and timeless design is its defining promise.

When Duralex sought to strengthen its digital footprint and better articulate its heritage through purposeful email marketing, we began collaborating to establish a strategic program rooted in storytelling and brand value. Together with the Duralex team as well as a team of fellow freelance strategists and designers, we built an efficient cross-functional workflow that introduced thoughtful automation, visually resonant design templates, and ongoing performance measurement — all driving meaningful engagement and growth.

With a strong foundation but evolving audience expectations, we started by refining existing email flows and defining tone, structure, and strategy from the ground up. Through a blend of industry best practices and brand-specific testing, we developed a series of email frameworks that honor Duralex’s history while delivering clarity and impact across every touchpoint.
